If it is the case that the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it. The return cost are for your own account. If you return an article , you must have registered your return within 14 days after receipt, via your account at Tools2cook.shop. And have send your order within 7 days after registration.

If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it. The return costs are for your own account. You have a reflection period of 14 days. If you want to make use of this, you must have registered your return via your account with Tools2cook within 14 days of receipt and you must have sent your order within 7 days of registration.

Please note, we only accept return shipments in good condition and with the original packaging. We can’t credit articles that are not in a good condition, whose packaging is missing or damaged.
You will receive an email with the status of your return within 3 working days.
If your return has been received in good condition, you will receive your money back within 7 working days, unless you have been informed by email that this will be a different term. Wy try to process all returns as soon as possible.
